Q. Are the pearls real?
Yes! All pearls are genuine freshwater pearls. They are cultured in pearl farms and then dyed different colours.
Q. My order includes extra pearls - do I keep the ones I don’t use?
Of course! All mounted jewellery comes with extra pearls to give you some choice and you keep them all.
Q. What can I do with my spare pearls?
Spare pearls can be used to make another item for you or are great for cage pendants. Not ready to order your next piece? I can hold on to your pearls so you can use them next time, and you get a discount as you already have the pearl!
Q. You’re holding pearls for me, how do I order without paying for another pearl?
The easiest way is to message me on Facebook or Tik Tok (you can also send an email) and I will send you an invoice.
Q. Can I order a twin instead of singles for the double pearl drop?
Yes! Just leave a note at checkout, you can also do this if you want a matching ring & necklace etc
Q. Can the oysters be eaten?
NO!! These oysters are not edible. If you or anyone in your household (including pets) digest any part of the oyster please seek advice from a Dr / Vet.
Q. How long will my order take?
I make your order as soon as I can whilst also working full time. Most orders are sent within a week but it can take up to 2.
